The topics covered during the talk included what startups look for when hiring, culture at a startup versus a large company, work-life balance, and what students who are interested in working at a startup can do to get involved.
Dane was joined on the panel by former Rayleigh co-op student Kiera Chang. The other half of the panel was made up of Hamed Hanafi, founder of NovaResp and mechanical engineering co-op student Lauren Remey.
